Please be aware that we are not responsible for the practices of third-party websites or services linked to or from the Platform, including the information or content found on those sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, the privacy policies, data collection practices, or security measures of third parties. This includes: ●      (a) Any third-party website or service linked to from the Platform – the inclusion of such a link does not imply endorsement by us or our affiliates.

8. Do Not Track Certain browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) feature, which signals to websites and online services that you do not wish to be tracked. Currently, the Platform does not respond to DNT signals.

Please note that if you request changes or deletion of your Personal Information, we may still need to retain certain data for record-keeping purposes, to complete transactions, or to fulfill legal obligations. For example, if you make a purchase or participate in a promotion, you may not be able to delete or change your information until after the completion of that transaction. Some information may also remain in our systems and other records for compliance with applicable laws.

Data Privacy Framework Velarix Marketing, Inc. and LeadConnector LLC comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as outlined by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Velarix Marketing has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that both Velarix Marketing and LeadConnector adhere to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) regarding the processing of personal data received from the European Union under the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (including Gibraltar) under the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Additionally, Velarix Marketing has certified compliance with the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) for processing personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles or Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles will prevail. Velarix Marketing further agrees to promptly notify you if its certification under any of the Data Privacy Frameworks is revoked, terminated, or invalidated, and to take the necessary actions to stop or correct any unauthorized processing of personal data.
